Dr. Susan Catlett and Cissy Carter, both Board Certified Behavior Analysts, discuss practical solutions to behavior challenges that they have experienced in the many years they have consulted to schools and families regarding individuals with disabilities. They hope to make behavior change easier to understand.
The podcast, started in early 2021, also seeks to show that behavior change is all around us through discussion of a variety of behaviors. The hosts most often end the podcast with a question modeled after the kinds on the test behavior analysts take to become board certified.

Most of our guests are people we know through our work in schools and homes. So many of the people we work with have wonderful stories to share. We also find people through connections on social media or by listening to the podcasts of others. If you have a story to share that you feel is connected to behavior change, please contact us.
Educational Consultants can do many things. Most of our work is consulting to schools in classrooms serving students with autism and related disabilities. Some Educational Consultants work specifically with families helping them improve their children’s education. We have worked with families as well usually through a school or other organization.
That is possible. We encourage families to start with the school that their child attends. Many schools have BCBAs or others trained to provide instructional support specific to behavior and different disabilities. Feel free to contact us if you want more information about consultation for your child.
